Got crushed today

      Nothing went well in today's session. These are 2 hands I played in the first 10 minutes.
Button limps, sb raises to $2.5. I make it $8.50 w kk. button calls (limp call $8.50?) flop comes 293 two diamonds. I jam because the pot is about $20 and he has like $17...calls with 68 diamonds (no pair, no draw) rips a diamond.
Two minutes later I open 77 get flatted. Flop kj7. I bet he calls. turn queen. I bet he jams (for like $25). I call. He shows up with qj and rivers the queen for a better full house.
           That should have been a sign right there. Anyway I started to play bad so I called the session quits after 3 hours.Total for the day -$217. Obviously pretty brutal but I'm trying to keep a level head. Sessions like this will happen and it's part of the game. Anyway, gonna go relax with Mel. Smell

Ps. On a more positive note had my first habachi experience last night with Mel and Jim and it was excellent. Also, the hunger games was a dope movie. That's all for now...words of encouragement would be appreciated as this is the first time I've been destroyed in a session.
